Rolling Plains Memorial Hospital Retains SRJ as Agency of Record
Rolling Plains Memorial Hospital has retained SRJ Marketing Communications to design a comprehensive marketing, public relations, advertising, and customer service strategy for the hospital. Providing healthcare services to Sweetwater, Texas and surrounding communities, Rolling Plains Memorial chose SRJ because of the agency’s specialty in representing small and rural healthcare providers.
Although Rolling Plains Memorial enjoys an unmatched reputation as well managed, highly respected and in the top tier of hospitals across the country in customer service scores, SRJ is developing additional customer service training in addition to its marketing plan.
