SRJ Brings Communications Plan to Life for Southern Regional Health Consortium
Dallas-based SRJ Marketing Communications (www.srj.net) has been tasked with creating the strategic marketing and public relations plan for Southern Regional Health Consortium (SRHC). The firm will reposition SRHC, propelling its name and services in the marketplace.
Leading this effort is owner, Steven R. Jolly, who continues to garner recognition as a leading specialist in small community healthcare marketing. Jolly has led seminars on rural healthcare marketing and customer service for hospitals nationwide which makes his marketing, public relations and advertising strategies a sought after resource in the industry.
“Small community healthcare facilities face unique challenges that you won’t find in urban locations,” said Jolly. “Out-migration, the issue of patients looking for care in larger cities, is a common problem. This is often related to the perception of bigger being better.
“It’s vital that SRHC effectively communicates not only their capabilities and professional staff, but that they exist to continually strengthen and provide health care access and improvements for rural and medically undeserved populations.”
The Southern Regional Health Consortium works to improve access to health care for poor, rural and medically underserved populations in the South including Alabama, Arkansas, Georgia, Louisiana, Mississippi, South Carolina, Texas and West Virginia.
