SRJ Marketing Communications Tapped by Rural Healthcare Association
SRJ Marketing Communications is often considered to be the authority in rural and community healthcare marketing. Steven R. Jolly, principal of the Dallas-based agency, and his team have been developing strategic solutions for the healthcare industry for nearly two decades. When the Texas Organization of Rural & Community Hospitals (TORCH) needed an agency to develop a comprehensive integrated marketing communications plan, TORCH selected SRJ for their proven track record of accomplishments.
SRJ will leverage its knowledge of the healthcare industry to develop a comprehensive marketing plan for TORCH that will not only raise awareness of the organization within the target market, but raise awareness of member hospitals within their local communities.
As part of the initiative, SRJ will also refresh the corporate brand and bring the organization’s two branches, the TORCH Foundation and TORCH Management Services, into the brand by developing a similar logo for each entity. SRJ updated the organization’s current logo eight years ago as part of their 10th year anniversary.
“TORCH’s current logo is highly recognizable within the industry, so it is important for us to provide the brand with a refresh without losing brand equity” said Steven R. Jolly, principal of SRJ Marketing Communications. “As such, we will provide a current update to the corporate brand and bring their two branches under the corporate wing to create a flow of consistency.”
SRJ will also develop a comprehensive new Web site for the organization that will provide visitors with an intuitive interface that allows them to more easily find the information they are looking for.
As part of the communications package, the SRJ team will create new collateral and a direct mail program for TORCH Management Services, a branch of the organization that provides a range of consulting and management services to small hospitals and healthcare facilities.
“From operations management to information technology support services, TORCH Management Services provides a range of valuable services that many hospitals can benefit from,” said Jolly. “Our strategic communications campaign will help member hospitals know just what a wonderful resource is available to them.”
